Palveluehdot

Voimassa 23.10.2026 alkaen. Palvelun tarjoaa Ariful Islam Alvee, toiminimi RYCL, Y-tunnus 3483344-9.

1. Varaus

Verkkosivulla tehty varaus on varauspyyntö. Sopimus syntyy, kun vahvistamme varauksen sähköpostitse. Pyrimme vahvistamaan varauksen yhden arkipäivän kuluessa.

2. Hinta

Sivuston hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron (25,5 %). Hinta on arvio, joka perustuu antamiisi tietoihin. Jos kohde poikkeaa olennaisesti ilmoitetusta (esim. pinta-ala tai likaisuus), sovimme lopullisesta hinnasta ennen työn aloittamista tai vahvistuksen yhteydessä.

3. Maksaminen

Siivous laskutetaan työn jälkeen. Maksuaika on 14 päivää. Lasku sisältää kotitalousvähennykseen tarvittavat tiedot.

4. Peruutus

Voit perua tai siirtää varauksen maksutta viimeistään 24 tuntia ennen sovittua aikaa vastaamalla vahvistusviestiin. Myöhemmin perutusta tai siivoojien saapuessa estyneestä käynnistä voimme veloittaa 50 % hinnasta.

5. Asiakkaan vastuut

Huolehdi, että pääsemme kohteeseen sovitusti ja että kohteessa on vesi ja sähkö. Kerro etukäteen arvokkaista tai erityistä käsittelyä vaativista esineistä ja pinnoista.

6. Reklamaatiot ja vahingot

Ilmoitathan mahdollisista puutteista 48 tunnin kuluessa siivouksesta, niin korjaamme ne veloituksetta. Vastaamme työssä aiheuttamistamme vahingoista vastuuvakuutuksemme mukaisesti.

7. Riidat

Pyrimme ratkaisemaan erimielisyydet neuvottelemalla. Kuluttaja-asiakas voi saattaa asian kuluttajariitalautakunnan käsiteltäväksi (kuluttajariita.fi).

Terms of service

Valid from 23 October 2026. The service is provided by Ariful Islam Alvee, trading as RYCL, Business ID 3483344-9.

1. Booking

A booking made on the website is a booking request. The contract is made when we confirm it by email. We aim to confirm within one working day.

2. Price

Prices on the site include VAT (25.5 %). The price is an estimate based on what you tell us. If the home differs significantly from the description (for example in size or how dirty it is), we agree the final price before starting or when confirming.

3. Payment

Cleaning is invoiced after the work. Payment term is 14 days. The invoice includes the details needed for the household tax credit (kotitalousvähennys).

4. Cancellation

You can cancel or move a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time by replying to the confirmation email. For later cancellations, or if we can't get in when we arrive, we may charge 50 % of the price.

5. Your responsibilities

Make sure we can get in as agreed and that the home has water and electricity. Tell us in advance about valuable items or surfaces that need special care.

6. Complaints and damage

Please tell us about any shortcomings within 48 hours of the cleaning and we'll fix them free of charge. We are liable for damage we cause, in line with our liability insurance.

7. Disputes

We aim to settle disagreements by discussion. Consumers can take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
